We field hundreds of phone calls and emails each week about our local businesses and events and partner with other businesses and non-profits to provide training and marketing opportunities.
We accept positive and negative feedback from shoppers. We inform the business owners of any feedback we receive and we work together to maximize customer relations.
We have helped members with scam awareness and prevention.

We help our members with marketing and social media, as well as providing information on a variety of subjects that benefit businesses and their employees.

We are Small Business Saturday Neighborhood Champions for the last six years.
